The Board is a policy-making body that does its best to represent the needs and interests of Oak Park citizens. Park Board meetings are generally held at 7:30pm on the third Thursday of each month, at the Hedges Administrative Center, 218 Madison Street, Oak Park. Committee of the Whole meetings are generally held at 7:30pm the first Thursday of the month, at the Oak Park Conservatory, 615 Garfield Street. Residents are welcome at these meetings. No commitee of the whole meeting in August. Public comment is taken at Board Meetings only. Meeting dates/locations can be verified by calling (708)725-2000.
