Field Trip Logistics p.7 Accommodations • Maximum of 90 students • Students must be pre-divided into groups, at a max of 6 groups, 15 students per group • One chaperone must be provided per group • Field trip lasts 2 hours (add 30 minutes if lunch is eaten on-site) • $5 per student (Sliding scale payment available for qualifying schools or individual students.) Bus Parking Bus Parking Bus Parking Bus Parking Free street parking for buses located outside the front gate on Home Avenue. Please refer to street signs for designated parking area. Lunch Lunch Lunch Lunch Reservations can be made for students to eat their own brown bag lunches on-site. In colder months, lunch is eaten in Drawing Room on the floor. In warmer months, lunch is eaten on the porch or in surrounding park. Due to our on-site restrictions, field trips only take place on the first floor, but students have the option of visiting the second floor Historical Society after their tour.
