Indoor Tennis Instruction at the

The Park District
is pleased to

the Tennis
and Fitness Centre for Indoor Kids Tennis
Classes. Weekly, Beginning & Adv. Beg.
players are introduced to New Techniques,
Fun Challenges, and Game Situations in a
friendly & supportive structure. Quick Start
and Whizz Kids Classes use restricted
flight balls. Skill Development, Game
Fundamentals, and Fitness are the focus.
Sessions run Nov. 1st – Dec. 19th and Jan.
3rd – March 5th.

6-Week Archery Lessons

Interested in shooting a bow & arrow? If so . . . sign up today with our USA Archery certified instructors who
will encourage and coach all ages and skill levels!In this target archery class you will learn the basics from
stance, eye dominance, and accuracy. Class will be taught in three segments: fundamentals, skill building,
and competition. Ultimately each archer will be competing against themselves to improve precision.Archery
allows people to participate in low impact exercise, build hand/eye coordination, and gain concentration/
relaxation techniques. Accommodations and instruction will be individually based. All age ranges and skill
levels are welcome and encouraged to try their hand at archery.

arrow? Our USA Archery certified instructors who

This try-it class is a one day, one hour program
that will briefly cover the fundamentals and skill
building needed to get you started! This sport is a
great low-impact exercise. Fee is per individual -
but groups are welcome - please register each person
and/or family member attending the program!
