TAEKWONDO CLASS INFO: • Belt testing is offered through The KH Kim Taekwondo at an additional fee and is held twice a year. Belt testing is not mandatory but encouraged for advancement. More info is available through instructor. • All colored belt students are required to have complete sparring gear. • Fee listed for Parent/Child Taekwondo is per person. • Uniform Fee: $45 (not included in class fee, due at first class) KARATE CLASS INFO: • Uniforms and belt testing are optional through the ISKC instructor at an additional fee. • Beginner students will not be permitted to register into the current session after the second class has met. • Registration for continuing through advanced students will be accepted after the start date, but the full class fee is required. • Please visit iskc.com for more information or call us at 847-359-0666. Since 90% of physical attacks end on the ground, you learn how to effectively stop and/or defend an attack in this program. Students become more physically fit and learn the whole body coordination, safe falling, self defense techniques, tumbling, and grappling. Min 8/Max 20 Aikido for Kids Supervisor: Chad Drue Aikido is a way of harmony, not combat. Children who study Aikido develop and expand their mental and physical awareness while learning cooperation and respect for others. Instruction begins with exercises to stretch and strengthen young bodies and improve attention, coordination and motor skills. Falling with confidence is a big part of training followed by learning the principles of movement which allows students to practice techniques with partners.
