Class does not meet: 2/14-2/18, 3/19-3/30, 4/19-4/21 Youth Performing Arts Pirouettes with my Partner Explore imaginative dance, foster independence, sensory, fine and gross motor development Beginning Ballet Develop turnout, body alignment, etiquette, center work and across-the- floor movements Beginning Ballet & Tap Turnout, coordination, basic ballet vocabulary, beginning tap skills, and spatial awareness Intermediate Ballet & Tap Intermediate barre and center work, corps de ballet sequences, allegro, grand allegro, challenging tap sequences and choreography Hip Hop & Tumbling Fusion class with skill development of House, Steppin', isolations and basic tumbling Lyrical, Acro & Tumbling Fusion of ballet and jazz with contortion tricks of the back, legs, shoulders, and basic tumbling skills Dance & Tumbling Laban fundamentals, social dance, basic tumbling and early learning milestones Hip Hop & Jazz Fusion class of basic jazz and hip hop skills and choreography of House, Steppin', isolations, handstands, shoulder stands and partner lis Tiny Tappers Beginning tap skills, rhythm and coordination Creative Movement Explore natural dance movement, imaginative play, musicality and independence Intermediate Ballet Moving onto full barre and center work with pirouettes, corps de ballet sequences, allegro, grand allegro and reverance Tap & Jazz Beginning and Intermediate Tap and Jazz skills and choreography as seen in Broadway musicals and movies Did you know? A dancer can participate in Beginning Ballet for 1 to 4 years before moving to the next level. Other disciplines take an equal amount of time.
