DROP IN PROGRAM: Preschool Playtime (Ages 1-6) $6 per visit Walk-ins welcome! A favorite with all our preschoolers, this is an open gym for children 1-6 years old. All children must be accompanied and supervised by an adult. The waiver sign-in sheet must be filled out each visit. Children enrolled in a current gymnastics class who miss their class can attend a preschool playtime within the same session for free. Schedule through June 7, 2019: Tu, 10:00-11:30A W, 10:00-11:30A F, 1:00-2:30P DROP IN PROGRAM: Open Gym (Ages 6 to adult) $12 per visit No gymnastics experience required! This program is intended for anyone who wants to practice independently to improve their skills. A parent or guardian must sign a waiver each visit for all participants under the age of 18, otherwise access to the gym will not be permitted (waivers online at www.oakparkgymnastics.com; bring your signed copy with you). Children enrolled in a current gymnastics class who miss their class can attend Open Gym within the same session for free. Schedule through June 2, 2019 Su, 4:30-6:30P REGISTRATION INFORMATION Full Session Gymnastics Programs Spring 2019 registration gives priority to students who were enrolled in Winter 2019 Gymnastics classes at the GRC. Please see refund policy on page 91. No class refunds or make-ups will be given during the winter session for GRC closings due to extreme weather related conditions. Mini Sessions Gymnastics Programs A mini session will give students the opportunity to take a gymnastics class without committing to the time and cost of a full session. Mini sessions are first come, first served – no priority registration to anyone. Please see refund policy on page 91. Each session will last three, four or five weeks and will follow the same lesson plans as our full session. You can sign up for more than one mini session; however, mini sessions will not guarantee you a spot in the next session, nor will they give you priority registration. All mini session registration is on a first come, first served basis with each session having a unique registration period. Waitlists and Change Requests Waitlists will be taken when classes become full or for class change requests. Gymnastics waitlists are not available through online registration. Waitlist numbers for each level will be limited. Call 708-725-2200 to be put on a waitlist. Winter waitlists and change requests will expire March 17, 2019. Any available classes for the Spring 2019 gymnastics session will be open for online registration Monday, March 18, 2019 through Sunday, March 31, 2019. e Spring 2019 gymnastics session will begin Monday, April 1. Spring Gymnastics Registration Dates for Full Session Programs Monday, March 4 - Sunday, March 10 Priority registration for current students. Monday, March 11 - Sunday, March 17 Move up and change requests for current students.
