Spring signals a beginning and Chef Daniel Vogel from Food Obsession and
Obsessed Kitchen and Bar will take you back to basics with Hone Your "Chops".
Saucey Boot Camp will teach approachable modern techniques that will inspire
confidence in your sauce-making skills. Taste your final dishes in the Cheney
Dining Room and chat with Chef Vogel and your fellow classmates. Bring your
favorite beverage to go with your finished creation.

e middle of the week can be rough. Take a night off from the usual and join us
for a night of creativity and history. Art aer Dark starts with a fascinating look
at a bit of art history followed by an opportunity to make a piece of your own.

series of hands-on classes to make your Spring ursdays, sweet and savory.
Each class is themed and different, yet practical so that you will be able to create
these beauties at home! Take home treats to savor for yourself or share with your
family. Spring features Bread at Home and Dessert Trends 2019.

Start your Sunday relaxing at Cheney Mansion with an all levels, one-hour yoga
practice with one of the Park District's expert instructors. As a reward, enjoy
and socialize with your fellow classmates during a lovely Brunch inside Cheney
Mansion. Delicious, yet healthy savories and just enough sweet not to make you
feel guilty! Two drink tickets included.

and hors d'oeuvres will be served as you mingle with other owners, while taking
in the beauty of your Oak Park surroundings. is program is in partnership with
the Animal Care League - Helping Homeless Animals Since 1973. $10 of your
registration fee goes to support the Animal Care League.
