Brookfield Zoo Supervisor: Megan Ulczak Brookfield Zoo opened its doors back in 1934 and quickly gained international recognition for using moats and ditches, instead of cages to separate animals from visitors and from other animals. It houses around 450 species of animals in an area of 216 acres. Spring is always a fun time to visit the zoo and see any new additions. Transportation and ticket included. Lunch is on your own. Min 10/Max 13 Naper Settlement Supervisor: Megan Ulczak is living history museum tells the story of daily life in Naperville as it changed from a simple frontier outpost to a bustling turn-of-the-century community. With costumed villagers, annual events and special exhibits, you never know what a visit to the Settlement will bring! Enjoy the experience as your pulse slows and you breathe a little easier in our 19th-century world. Included transportation, entry, and "Civil War Days" special events. Lunch is on your own. You will receive a schedule for the day's events and additional information such as maps, menus, weather updates, pick-up time reminders, etc. If you do not have an email address, hard copies of the information will be provided to each attendee once you have checked in at your trip pick-up location.
