Supervisor: Kayla Fauria
Skating promotes physical fitness, improved balance
and coordination while teaching proper skating
techniques. Beginner level introduces skating by
developing falling and recovery, forward marching,
forward glides and foward swizzles, snowplow
stops, two-foot turns and gliding into dips.
Intermediate builds on skills learned in beginner.

Adult Pickleball Lessons
Supervisor: Chad Drue
What is the fastest growing sport in the United
States? It's PICKLEBALL. Pickleball is a paddle
sport which combines elements of badminton,
tennis and table tennis. Pickleball can be played on
a tennis court with the dimensions of a badminton
court and a lowered net. It is played with a
perforated plastic baseball (similar to a whiffle ball)
and wood or composite paddles. Equipment will be
provided by the Park District.
Min 8/Max 12

yourself, grow your social network of tennis players,
and have fun while playing the game of a lifetime.
Each day, players are introduced to new techniques,

friendly, supportive learning structure. Players are
encouraged to develop their skills and progress to
higher levels of play throughout the playing season.
Singles, doubles and mini-match situations are
offered. Balls are provided for all players.
Please bring your own racquet. It is strongly
recommended that everyone wear court shoes, sun
protection and comfortable court apparel. Please
