Lincoln Park Zoo is dedicated to connecting people
with nature by providing a family-oriented wildlife
experience in the heart of Chicago and by advancing
the highest quality of animal care, education,
science and conservation. Join us as we enjoy a day
at the city Zoo. Founded in 1868, Lincoln Park Zoo
is among the oldest zoos in North America and set
in a beautiful location between Chicago's skyline
and Lake Michigan. Fee includes transportation.

Come see Graue Mill's Annual Fine Arts Festival.
e lawn of the Mill is a perfect backdrop for more
than 40 of the area's most talented artists who will
exhibit and sell a variety of art for the home and
garden. e festival features paintings, ceramics,
hand-woven textiles, mosaics, pastels, stained glass,
jewelry and photography. Enjoy the historic mill
and beautiful forest preserve. Pack a lunch or head
to York Tavern, just a short walk from the Mill. is
trip includes transportation to the event.

Fabyan Villa Museum
& Japanese Gardens

On this trip to the Fabyan Villa Museum, you
will discover the Fabyans' uniquely fascinating
legacy. e Frank Lloyd Wright Prairie-style house
contains the family's private collection of Asian
artifacts, natural history specimens, original
furniture and more! Documents and photographs
detail George Fabyan's involvement in the Treaty of
Portsmouth and Japanese international relations,
the Bacon/Shakespeare controversy, code-breaking
that significantly influenced both World Wars and
pioneering research and development in acoustics.
e captivating combination of significant
architecture, military intrigue, Japanese culture
and personal exploration makes the Fabyan Villa
Museum a unique experience. We will head to
downtown Geneva for a late lunch before heading
home. Fee includes tour and transportation. Lunch
will be on your own.
