Fitness in the Parks May 16 through August 15 (no class 7/4) Meet us under the sun for our annual Fitness in the Parks outdoor Spring/Summer wellness program. Join us Thursday evenings at 7:00P at Cheney Mansion to unwind, relax, slow your breath, and focus on the present during our yoga class. Saturday mornings 8:00A at Rehm Park will focus on total body conditioning and improving strength. The course will include considerations for mothers that have experienced caesarean delivery, diastasis recti, pelvic floor dysfunction, and other common topics associated with birthing and caring for a small child. Walk with a Doc Every 3rd Saturday - March 16, April 20, May 18, June 15, July 20, August 17, September 21, October 19 & November 16 Take a step towards better health. Join your doctor and other people looking to improve their health by walking 30 minutes each day. Location: Lindberg Park, 1151 North Marion Street Fit & Strong Fit & Strong is an exercise/behavior change program for older adults with lower extremity osteoarthritis.
