PICKLEBALL, a paddle sport combining elements
of badminton, tennis, and table tennis. Pickleball
can be played on a tennis court with the dimensions
of a badminton court and a lowered net. It is played
with a perforated plastic baseball (similar to a
whiffle ball) and wood or composite paddles. It is
easy for beginners to learn, but can develop into
a fast-paced, competitive game for experienced
players. Instruction is given. Game play included.
Equipment will be provided by the Park District.

Adult Ninja Warriors
Supervisor: Chad Drue
Working off an integrated curriculum/structure,
this class is appropriate for the beginner and
advanced participant. It's all about progression
in each obstacle and each individual putting
themselves to the test week aer week. Class will
include some of our more beginner, intermediate
and some of our most challenging obstacles aimed
at building both strength, balance and agility. Class
will typically include three circuits with 5-8 stations
(obstacles) per circuit. Each 55-minute class is
based on a continually-evolving lesson plan and
set of obstacles and circuits aimed at providing a
foundation of strength, agility and balance. Our
mission is to strive to have all achieve, grow in
perseverance, athleticism, confidence and have fun
doing it! Held at Windy City Ninjas at
