CO-ED CHALLENGE Intended for boys and girls ages 8+ who want to build strength, flexibility, balance, agility, speed and coordination. is class will provide a concrete base for any sport. TUMBLING & TRAMPOLINE is co-ed beginner level class focuses on basic tumbling and trampoline skills. Students will learn skills based on a progression chart and have the opportunity to progress at their own rate, from beginner to advanced tumbling, trampoline and tumble track skills.
