different fields of science and explore the scientific method! Ages 6-9

Have a magical time with professional magician Gary Kantor. Amaze family and
friends with tricks that involve cards, ropes, coins, mind-reading and more. Tricks
are quick to learn and easy to perform. All materials are provided, each child
receives a magic kit to take home. Children are grouped by age, and you can sign up
for this class again and again since brand new tricks are taught each session! Ages
5-12

Dr. Suess is on the Loose Lunch!

In Celebration of Dr. Suess' birthday on March 2, join us and some of your favorite
characters as we have a birthday bash celebration. We'll have a Suessical Lunch,
music and games, and this party won't be so lame. Everyone in your family must
sign up, except that is, for your family pup. Fun for young and old, if we may be so
bold! All Ages

Fairy Gardens

Whether you believe in fairies or not, folklore says you can find them nestled in
flower petals, hiding under logs or dancing around the mushrooms. Join us at the
Oak Park Conservatory for an enchanted aernoon creating your own fairy garden.

Try hands-on activities with FOPCON volunteer docents at the Exploration
Station created by the Friends of the Oak Park Conservatory. ere is a
new topic each month highlighting special aspects of the Conservatory for
both adults and children.
