Registration for extended camp is separate from day camp registration. REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY In the event that you need to cancel a camp, please contact Customer Service immediately at (708) 725-2000. A $25 cancellation fee will apply to refunds for each session of camp that costs over $150 and a $10 cancellation fee for camps less than $150. Refund requests for camps must be received two weeks before the program begins to be eligible for a refund. Refunds requested within two weeks will be considered only if the vacated spot can be filled with another participant. register online www.pdop.org/camps www.pdop.org 1. Camp registration opens Saturday, February 1, 8:30am Camp registration is first come, first served.Remember to register for the grade your child will be entering in Fall 2020. 2. Payment plan is available. Register by March 31 with a $25 non-refundable deposit for each camp to secure your spot. Your remaining balance will be charged on May 1st (the payment plan deadline) with the same card used at time of registration. 3. Summer Camp Open House, Saturday, February 1 Not sure which camp to choose? Talk to camp directors in-person at the open house from 8am to noon at Ridgeland Common Recreation Complex. Get answers to your questions and hear more about what the Park District has to offer. 4. Register online, in-person or fax Some camps fill quickly. We encourage you to establish your new pdop account prior to camp registration to ensure timely registration. Childcare Discount Membership To provide equitable access to childcare programs, including full-day summer camps, the Park District is introducing a new program for households with combined incomes of $100,000 or less. Any camp marked with the CDM icon is elegible for the CDM program. Memberships must be approved prior to camp registration. For information and to apply, please visit pdop.org/scholarships. New!
