Chef Daniel Vogel will be in the Cheney Kitchen this
spring for two new classes. First in April will be Spice
House where you will learn the differences in spices
and how their combinations execute great flavors.
In May, we invite you to try your hand at an array of
easy and tasty vegetarian dishes to make at home.
Taste your final dishes in the Cheney Dining Room,
chat with Chef Vogel and your fellow classmates.
Bring your favorite beverage to go with your finished
