Beginning Birding

even on the street. Have you ever wanted to know
more about them? Join us for this introductory
class to learn the basics of birding. You'll learn basic
silhouettes, field marks and calls. Don't forget your
binoculars because we will finish class with a short
walk to practice your new skills through Austin

Urban Veggie Gardening

Urban veggie gardening has never been bigger.
Learn the tips and benefits from some of the most
successful Chicago urban veggie patches and how
to bring them home to your place of work, school or
home. Each participant will create a raised vegetable
garden to take home with homegrown Conservatory
vegetable plants. Ages 18+

is class will show you how to rejuvenate your lawn
aer the winter months with tips on de-thatching,
irrigation, over-seeding and fertilizer applications;
as well as how to start a spring lawn from seed.
Information on morning water and pest disease
control throughout the summer will also be covered.
