All meetings are held at 7:30P at the John L. Hedges Administrative Center, 218 Madison Street, Oak Park. Public comment is welcome at these meetings. ere is no COW meeting in August. Not only is it an excellent self-evaluation tool but it also helps to improve the Park District's operational efficiency and effectiveness. Ultimately, through the District's programs, parks and facilities, the Park District improves the quality of life for residents of the Oak Park community. New for 2020! Childcare Discount Membership In order to provide equitable access to childcare programs, including e Clubhouse Aerschool Program and most full-day summer camps, the Park District is offering a tiered discount to Oak Park residents with dependent children entering kindergarten through age 14. e tiered pricing only applies to full-day summer camps (8am-3pm or longer), Passport School's Out program, and the 2020-2021 Clubhouse aerschool program. Before and aer camp care is eligible for the discount program as part of a summer camp registration. Eligible children will receive program cost reductions between 25%-55%. To be eligible, the combined household adjusted gross income must be $100,000 or less. Application approval must be completed prior to registration. Discounts will not be retroactively applied to prior registrations. is program is separate from the Park District of Oak Park Scholarship Program. Applicants may choose to apply for either program or both. For more information, visit pdop.org/scholarships. One online calendar for all of Oak Park Together, the six governing agencies of Oak Park are excited to introduce a new, free calendar service that enables you to easily keep track of Oak Park events! Burbio.com is a free website and mobile app that puts all six Oak Park government agencies and other local organizations in one online calendar. You can choose to create a personalized event feed and even sync events to your Google or iOS calendars. You can also choose to receive notifications if events change.
