Please see refund policy on page 92. Registration Information - Mini Sessions Gymnastics Programs A mini session will give students the opportunity to take a gymnastics class without committing to the time and cost of a full session. Each session will last three, four or five weeks and will follow the same lesson plans as our full session. You can sign up for more than one mini session; however, mini sessions will not guarantee you a spot in the next session, nor will they give you priority registration. All mini session registration is on a first-come, first-served basis with each session having a unique registration period – no priority registration to anyone. Please see refund policy on page 92. Registration Information - Waitlists and Change Requests Waitlists: If your desired class is full, please add yourself to the waitlist through SmartRec by Amilia registration. If an open spot becomes available, we will contact those on the waitlist in priority order based on the day and time they were added. If an open spot becomes available, individuals will be contacted by phone and email and given 24 hours to accept the open spot before we move to the next participant on the list. Due to program demand and high waitlist volume, once a waitlisted participant has been offered an open spot in one of our programs, they will be removed from all other waitlists in the Gymnastics program. We do this in order to move through waitlists at a reasonable pace and successfully fill our classes. Please only waitlist for programs that you highly desire and that will fit your schedule. All winter waitlists will expire at the end of the session. Change Requests: If you have enrolled in a class and would like to move to another class, please call (708) 725-2200 to submit a change request. If an open spot becomes available, individuals will be contacted by phone and email and given 24 hours to accept the open spot before we move to the next change request. All winter change requests will expire at the end of the session.
