East Ave Lacrosse is an Oak Park and River Forest-based
lacrosse club focused on growing the game in the area and
developing the next generation of Fenwick Friars, Trinity
Blazers, OPRF Huskies, and more! is year we will be
offering two summer camps, one for players that are new
to the sport or with limited playing experience and one
for advanced players. Our beginner camp will introduce
players to the fundamental skills and concepts necessary to
succeed on the lacrosse field; perfect for a first time player
or someone wanting to improve on their fundamental skills.
Our advanced camp will build on the basics and introduce
advanced techniques and concepts to elevate each player's
knowledge and skill of the sport to a new level. Perfect for
players with some lacrosse experience and advanced players
looking to elevate their game.

Learn to play the NFL Alumni Hero way!
Non-contact football skills for boys and girls.
Age appropriate, station-based training
delivers results to both advanced players and
newcomers. All programs provide football
instruction, athletic skill development, fitness
and agility training.
Featuring NFL Alumni Heroes like, Adrian
Peterson, Al Harris, Johan Asiata, Mickey Pruitt,
Wendell Davis, Jason Mckie, Rashied Davis,
Lewis Tillman, Anthony Morgan and Kris Haines.
For ages 6–14. Fee: $220/week
One week: July 13-17
Flag Football Camp: August 10-14
Come learn the great sport of football, in a safe and
controlled environment using flags instead of tackling
from the great staff at 1000WattsSports. Each day
players will learn various skills and use those skills in
competitive games. Participants will receive a t-shirt.

SOCCER CAMPS
Kick-off your summer by signing
up to a Chicago Fire Soccer
Camp! Play, learn, train and have
fun with our passionate, certified
Chicago Fire FC community
coaches in a week-long soccer
experience filled with technical
foot skills, small-sided games, and
scrimmages.
Every participant will receive a
camp t-shirt, player evaluation,
and a ticket to attend our
unique 'Graduation Day' event
before a Chicago Fire FC game
at our new home, Soldier Field!
Fee: $90 - 290 per week
