Join one of PDOP's own Preschool teachers to investigate a new book every week! Author/illustrator roles, plot forecast and development, parts of a book and more will all be discussed virtually during this dynamic class! Ages 3-5 Res Fee $20 - Fee $25 Location: Virtual Supervisor: Barb Grooms Infant Massage Fridays, 9:30A-10:30A Jul 10-Aug 7 Sensory input may be the most important factor in your infant's mental and social development. Parents and caregivers learn wonderful ways to relax and bond, improve sleep, aid digestion and read your baby's cues. All you will need for this class is a comfortable blanket, some baby oil, and your baby! is class is taught by a Certified Infant Massage Educator. We'll slither like snakes and pounce like leopards, encounter tiny tree frogs and enormous elephants, and visit amazing habitats that are high and low, hot and cold, dry and rainy. en, it's time for the animals' favorite activity, which they all do together. It's the jungle hokey- pokey! Ages 0 mo-7yrs Res Fee $85 - Fee $105 Location: Virtual Supervisor: Barb Grooms Kindermusik - Carnival of Music Saturdays, 9:50-10:30A Jul 11-Aug 8 Children are natural music makers. ey hum while they play, sing along with songs, and can make almost anything into a drum! In this unit, you will play lots and lots of different instruments, and also learn all about the carnival through sounds, stories, songs, and games. So, step right up—we're off to the Carnival of Music! Ages 3-7 Res Fee $85 - Fee $105 Location: Virtual Supervisor: Barb Grooms Story Time In the Garden Every Wednesday in July & August 10:00-10:30A and 11:00A-11:30A Come explore summer and the gardens at the Oak Park Conservatory! Story time, songs and puppets led by our garden docents outside in our Discovery Garden. Adults and Children must both register to attend this event. Only registered participants will be allowed in the garden during story time. Maximum of 16 participants. is program is presented by the Friends of the Oak Park Conservatory. FREE, with a suggested $5 donation at the door. Virtual Scavenger Hunt ursday, Jul 23, 4:15-4:45P It's time for a virtual hunt! You and your child will develop your creative minds as well as teamwork skills to find fun items around your home. Let's see who can locate them all!
