Park Permits & Permits for the Picnic Patio and
Picnic Shelters
At this time, the Park District is not issuing permits for park usage, Taylor Park picnic patio or the picnic shelters
located in Field, Taylor, Maple and Lindberg Parks. Use is on a first come, first served basis. If you have any

Facility Rentals
Due to the pandemic, facility rentals are
not taking place at the community centers.
We are still here to answer your questions.
e Park District of Oak Park is currently offering
rental opportunities for your special occasions at
Cheney Mansion, Pleasant Home and the Oak Park
Conservatory, which are unique historic properties
well-suited for weddings, showers and corporate
functions.

e Park District works closely with our partner, West Suburban Special Recreation Association, who provides
recreation programs for adults and children with physical impairments, mental disabilities, or any other type of
disability. Residents of all ages with disabilities can participate in year-round programming specifically designed
to meet their individual needs through inclusion support of Park District programs and participation in WSSRA
programs.
