Refunds within two weeks will be considered only if the vacated spot can be filled by a wait-listed participant. No gymnastics class refunds or make-ups will be given during the winter session for GRC closings due to extreme weather related conditions. To acquire a permit application, call the Oak Park Conservatory at (708) 725-2400. Tripods are not allowed when the Conservatory is open to the public. Say Cheese! Photos and videos are periodically taken of people participating in Park District programs and activities. All persons registering for Park District programs/activities or using Park District property, thereby agrees that any photo or video taken by the Park District may be used by the Park District for promotional purposes including its electronic media, videotapes, brochures, flyers and other publications without additional, prior notice or permission and without compensation to the participant. When you register for an activity, you will receive an email with a copy of your receipt/invoice. You will also receive an email with a calendar invite to add the activity to your personal digital calendar.
