RESIDENT REGISTRATION OPENS Saturday, March 13 at 8:30am 4 Childcare Discount Membership Apply toward full-day camps. To provide equitable access to childcare programs, including full-day summer camps (8am-3pm or longer), a tiered discount (25%-55%) is available to Oak Park residents with dependent children K-14. Memberships must be approved prior to camp registration. Visit pdop.org/scholarships for more information. SUMMER FUN FOR EVERYONE! Scholarships for All Ages Scholarship funds for residents of all ages are available to assist low-income individuals and families in participating in Park District of Oak Park programs. Allow up to one week for processing once you have submitted the Scholarship Application and supporting documentation. To print an application or for more details, visit www.pdop.org/scholarships. Please Sign up for the Wait List Program maximums were determined by current COVID guidelines. As new guidelines are released, we will adjust camp maximums as permitted. REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY In the event that you need to cancel a camp, please contact Customer Service immediately at (708) 725-2000. A $25 cancellation fee will apply to refunds for each session of camp that costs over $150 and a $10 cancellation fee for camps less than $150. Refund requests for camps must be received two weeks before the program begins to be eligible for a refund. Refunds requested within two weeks will be considered only if the vacated spot can be filled with another participant. WSSRA will provide inclusion services to individuals with physical impairments or mental disabilities for spring programs. Please indicate your need for service in your PDOP account. Specific guidelines will be provided to camp participants near the start of each camp session based upon the most up-to- date guidelines. We're Back! In-person registration is returning to Ridgeland Common Recreation Complex beginning Saturday, March 13. Customer Service hours will be 8:30am to 5:00pm, Monday through Saturday, at RCRC only.
