77 www.pdop.org Programs With Parents (In Person) early childhood / preschool Take Home Toddler Exploration Time ird Friday of the month, 9:30-10:00A March 19 • April 16 • May 21 Young learners will be delighted with stories, lessons, and cras lead virtually by our education docents. Participants will pick up a cra bag from the Conservatory with all the pieces needed to complete the cra prior to the lesson. On Friday, we will join together virtually to make the cra! Ages 18mos-5yrs Advanced registration is required. (Requires advance pickup of materials at the Oak Park Conservatory.) Space is limited to 50 children. Per Session: Res Fee $5 -Fee $8 Free for FOPCON members Visit www.fopcon.org to become a member! Supervisor: Patti Staley March - Sounds April - Trees May - Seeds Story Time at The Conservatory Wednesdays 10:00-10:30A & 11:00-11:30A Ages 18mos-5yrs Enjoy stories, songs, and puppets led by our volunteer docents at the Oak Park Conservatory. Adults and children must both register to attend story time. Story time takes place outside in our Discovery Garden, and inside the Conservatory during inclement weather. is program is presented by the Friends of the Oak Park Conservatory. Free, with suggested $5 donation at the door. Supervisor: Patti Staley Family Chat & Play Sundays, 9:15-10:15A Apr 18 • May 16 Looking to connect with other parents with young children? Learn and converse while guided by one of PDOP's credentialed preschool teachers! Chat with friends old and new while your child explores our forest-themed indoor playground. Ages 1-5 with Parent(s) Per Session: Res Fee $5 - Fee $8 Location: Stevenson Center Supervisor: Barb Grooms 1, 2, 3 Play with Me! Saturdays, 9:00-10:00A Apr 17-May 22 Socialize with your toddler by exploring and playing together! Songs, games, large motor activities, music, parachute play, blocks, and more will encourage the development of your child's listening, sharing and coordination skills. All children must be accompanied by an adult. Ages 12m-3 Per Session: Res Fee $68 - Fee $88 Location: Stevenson Center Supervisor: Barb Grooms Note: Adults and all children 2 years old and older will be required to wear face coverings and social distancing guidelines will be followed. All PDOP/DCFS cleaning and disinfecting protocols will also be followed.
