Coached by the professional soccer coaches at Chicago Edge Soccer Club, one of Oak Park's youth travel soccer clubs. Min 10/ Max 30 Supervisor: Pedro Flores T-Ball League Ages 3-5 Are you looking to continue to develop your baseball skills? is league will teach participants the basics of throwing, hitting, running, and fielding. e first few weeks are practice only with the remaining weeks consisting of a brief warm-up followed by a game. Games-practices will be for one hour between 9:00A-12:00P (timeframe will vary depending on number of participants enrolled). e number of teams and players will determine how many time slots will be used. Your time slot will vary from week to week. Schedule will come out prior to the start of the league. ere are no player requests in this league. Participants will receive a unique jersey for their particular team! No scores are kept during the league as this is a non- competitive league for young children, emphasizing teamwork and the importance of working on the FUNdamentals! Volunteers are needed to help coach teams. Min 20/ Max 80 Supervisor: Pedro Flores Fencing - Beginning & Continuing Ages 8-14 En garde! Diana Unger, a certified coach with the United States Fencing Association with more than 25 years of fencing experience, will teach you the basics of fencing. Fencing requires patience, concentration, discipline, and self-awareness. Self-confidence, self-control, and emotional strength gained from this sport will lead to a healthier lifestyle. Participants must purchase and bring their own fencing mask and jacket. Participants must obtain a $10 U.S. Fencing Membership prior to the first day of class. Participants need to bring a glove for the hand they write with. It does not have to be a fencing glove. A light winter glove, work or gardening glove will do. Participants must wear face coverings inside the building and during the class. Min 10/ Max 15 Supervisor: Pedro Flores
