34 www.pdop.org Fitness in the Park Thursdays & Saturdays, May 13-Aug 14 Outdoor Fitness returns! Meet us under the sun for our annual Fitness in the Parks outdoor spring/summer wellness program. A Fitness in the Parks Membership gives you unlimited VIP access to both of these classes every week from May13-Aug14: Yoga (All Levels): Thursdays at 7:00P at Cheney Mansion Gardens to unwind, relax, slow your breath, and focus on the present HIIT Circuit: Saturday mornings 8:00A at Taylor Park will focus on total body conditioning and improving strength All other fitness classes require pre- registration and additional cost. Winedown Yoga 2nd Thursday of each month starting April 8 Join us for an evening of Yoga capped off with a glass of wine at Cheney Mansion on the 2nd Thursday of each month from 7:00-8:30P. Socialize with neighbors, schedule this as date night or use the time to "winedown" from the week! Register at www.pdop.org/ fitnessschedule Fit Mom at RCRC Wednesdays, 6:30-7:15P, Jul 7-Aug 24 The return of our popular post-partum exercise class for mothers who want to learn techniques for correcting and improving posture. mobility and muscle activation after having a baby. The course will include considerations for mothers who have experienced caesarean delivery, diastasis recti, pelvic floor dysfunction, and other common topics associated with birthing and caring for a small child. This is a great place to get moving with other new moms. You can expect a simple, fun, practical, easy-to-follow, light-hearted, yet effective fitness program. One registration for each person required: $10 per adult and $5 for each child age 2-18. At least one adult per every three children. Drop-ins can register online at pdop.org/register under "Fitness and Wellness" Tai Chi Colleagues Ages 18+ Fridays, 10:30-11:30A at Austin Gardens starting on May 14 Are you enrolled in a Tai Chi class or done Tai Chi in the past? Join fellow students to refine and practice your skills. Minimal instruction is provided in this program.
