RESIDENT REGISTRATION OPENS Saturday, February 5 at 8:30am 4 Helping Families Have Fun! The Park District offers two ways to help Oak Park individuals and families participate in Summer Camp. Scholarships are available to apply toward registration fees of any camp or PDOP program. Childcare Discount Membership is available to families and discounts most full-day camp fees on a sliding scale. Apply online at pdop.org/ scholarships before registration to receive funds or discount. SUMMER FUN FOR EVERYONE! WSSRA will provide inclusion services to individuals with physical impairments or mental disabilities for spring programs. Please indicate your need for service in your PDOP account. To read more about this service, please visit: wssra.net/programs/inclusion.php IN-PERSON REGISTRATION is available at Ridgeland Common Recreation Complex Monday through Saturday, 8:30A to 7:00P and Sundays, 8:30A-5:00P. Customer service is not open yet at the Gymnastics and Recreation Center, but you can reach us at (708) 725-2000 or info@pdop.org. REGISTER ONLINE AT WWW.PDOP.ORG/REGISTER REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY In the event that you need to cancel a camp, please contact Customer Service immediately at (708) 725-2000. A $25 cancellation fee will apply to refunds for each session of camp that costs over $150 and a $10 cancellation fee for camps less than $150. Refund requests for camps must be received two weeks before the program begins to be eligible for a refund. Refunds requested within two weeks will be considered only if the vacated spot can be filled with another participant. Camp Guide is online at pdop.org/camps. Camp registration opens Saturday, February 5, 8:30am. Camp registration is first come, first served. Remember to register for the grade your child will be entering in Fall 2022. Register online at pdop.org/register. Some camps fill quickly. We encourage you to establish your new pdop account prior to camp registration to ensure timely registration. Need more time? Extended camp is offered until 6:00pm for many camps. Registration for extended camp is separate from day camp registration. Only children registered for day camp may register and attend exteneded camp. Register early! Camp prices increase May 1. New Program Payment Plan is available. Reserve your spot by March 31 with a non-refundable deposit of $25 per camp, and your balance will be split and billed on May 1 & June 1. New Intro to Summer Camp Videos - Online at pdop.org starting January 21 Camp Superviors provide all sorts of helpful information to help select the camp that is right for your child.
