Cooking Around the World!
Ages 12-15
Travel the world through hands-on cooking and share these places with
your fellow students. 'Tour' one or both weeks for different menus!
Session 1: Travel through time experiencing culinary history by cooking
the foods our ancestors ate. Recreate recipes from the Middle Ages,
Indigenous peoples before colonialism, and the Early Egyptians. Fine tune
your culinary skills and cook from the menu of e Titanic and the year
that changed the U.S., 1968.
Session 2: Follow the news of modern times around the world with
fresh recipes from the U.S., Greece, India, South Africa, Morocco,
Argentina and many more. Challenge yourself by tailoring your camp
around the foods you dream of cooking!
