Dancin' at the Mansion
No experience or partner required. We will modify
these classes to allow for proper social distancing
while still learning and practicing these fun social
dance techniques. Please bring non-rubber soled
shoes to class.
Swing & Cha Cha - Enjoy two of the most popular
dance styles in the world while moving to music
that ranges from Elvis to Motown, Santana to Marc
Anthony and beyond.
Latin Sampler - Get your Latin groove on and
dance to the sizzling tropical rhythms of Salsa, Cha
Cha, Bachata and Merengue. Its great fun and great
exercise all rolled onto one dance floor. Bailamos!

Adult Aerial Skills
Always wanted to join the circus or looking for
a unique way to exercise? Enjoy learning adult
aerial skills to increase strength, flexibility, and
coordination on a series of apparatuses. All levels
welcome.
Beginning Ballet
Designed for all levels of experience to learn and
practice the essentials of classical ballet including
barre, adagio, allegro, pirouettes and turning phrases.
No experience necessary.
Intermediate Adult Ballet (Virtual)
is class consists of a modified intermediate ballet
barre that is specifically designed to be done from
home, complete with a warmup (prior) and some
standing stretches (aer). ere will also be some
concentration on arm work and épaulment. Students
should have prior ballet experience to sign up for this
class, and have an area in the home where there is
space to perform the exercises, along with something
to use as a substitute "barre" for balance.
Hip Hop
is class focuses on the basics of hip hop such as
House, Steppin' and isolations. A great option for
raising the heart rate, reducing stress, and increasing
energy.
