Priority Registration for current students Move up and change requests for current students Open registration begins A unique link will be e-mailed to you in order to register within the below dates March 5-11 March 12-18 Saturday, March 19 at 8:30A Save the Date: Summer Gymnastics Registration Look for the Summer Schedule on our website April 1. Oak Park Residents Non-residents Registration opens Sat., May 21 at 8:30A Registration opens Mon., May 23 at 8:30A Summer is our "Open Enrollment" time - registration is first come, first served, and there is no priority given to prior season students for summer gymnastics registration. If you enroll in at least one 2022 Summer Gymnasticsts program, you will get PRIORITY REGISTRATION for Fall 2022. Summer programs are four- week sessions designed to offer you convenience and fun. If an open spot becomes available, you will receive an email giving you 48 hours to register for the open spot before we move to the next participant on the list. If you want to transfer to the open waitlist spot, please call the GRC (708-725-2200) for the transfer. If you no longer want to accept the waitlist spot, please decline the offer by clicking on the "Remove me from waitlist" link so that the next participant on the waitlist can be notified. Class Change Request: If you have enrolled in a class and would like to move to another class, please e-mail your class request including the participants name to gymnastics@pdop.org Spectator Viewing: Tots classes will need an adult to participate. Spectator viewing will still be limited based on Covid restrictions at any given time during the session. Arriving Late: If your class has already started, please ring the doorbell or call the entry phone hotline at (708) 514-7797. Dismissal: For students age 6+, when possible, please wait outside for pick-up aer class. Refund Policy: Refunds must be requested at least 48 hours prior to a program meeting for the first time in order to get a refund less a $10 service fee. If requesting a refund 48 hours prior to the second class meeting, it will be reduced by a $10 service fee plus the cost of the first class. No class refunds will be given less than 48 hours prior to the start of the second class. Make-up Policy: If a class is missed, please e-mail gymnastics@pdop.org for a rebate code to enter when pre-registering for Playtime or Open Gym so you are able to attend for FREE. Make-up classes are not offered. No gymnastics class refunds for missed classes will be given during the winter session for GRC closings due to extreme weather related conditions. General GRC Rules • All participants must wear a mask at all times while in the GRC, including during class and open gym. Children Ages 2+ are required to wear a mask (subject to change). • Spectators are limited at this time (subject to change). • Water fountains are not available for use.
