jumping around? You may have a Circus Artist on
your hands! Join us for a workshop focused on age-
appropriate circus and developmental skills.
Intro to Circus Arts
Have you ever wanted to be able to ride a unicycle or
spin plates on a stick? Maybe hang from a trapeze?
is is the perfect place to try your hand at the circus
for the first time or continue skill development if
you've been in our programs before. Participants
will get to explore circus equipment in a fun and safe
learning environment. All levels welcome.
Aerial Arts 2
e Aerial Arts class teaches tricks and stunts straight
from the circus and is open only to intermediate
and advanced circus students. Students will learn
both the Spanish web and aerial silks in a fun and
exciting environment. is is a great way to improve
physical strength, coordination, and unique artistic
expression.
As part of the Park District's continued effort to provide
safety in our parks and facilities, AEDs (Automated External
Defibrillators) were installed in ten parks on exterior walls
of bathrooms and buildings and are wirelessly connected
directly to 911 dispatch. Visitors should look for the
AED sign to locate the device in the parks so that, in an
emergency, they can quickly find it.
