Flowers blossom, grass grows green, and the sun shines a little longer every day. I'm thrilled to share with you all of the exciting ways we have taken advantage of the season and brought a variety of programs and events to welcome the days ahead. New this year, we combined our Spring and Summer Program Guides into one publication to address the limited and expensive paper market due to Covid-19. We hope that you find this new format easy to navigate and fun to explore. From holiday events to unique classes, the breadth and depth of programming is impressive. Community favorites like the Egg Dash and Scramble, Brunch with the Bunny, and Mother's Day Tea return this spring. Mark your calendars for exclusive Conservatory events, including the 33rd Annual Plant Sale and Uncorked, sponsored by the Friends of the Oak Park Conservatory. Finally, summertime brings plenty of opportunities to connect with friends and neighbors at Concerts and Movies in the Park and Day in our Village. Plans to bring our Pop Up Bike back to the parks this summer are in the works too. A few program schedules will be released April 1, including Gymnastics and our Learn to Skate programs based on the progressive nature of these classes. Also, our highly anticipated pool schedule will be released online in May. Stayed tuned to our electronic newsletter and follow us on social media for the latest news and programming updates.
