Each class recording will be sent to all registered students so that they do not have to attend at the exact designated time. Follow-up support is also included from the instructor and students are encouraged to reach out with questions at any time before or aer the class has concluded. Mental health issues are a prevalent concern in aging adults. is presentation will cover the different mental health issues among seniors, such as depression and anxiety, and how to address these concerns with a caregiver or physician. e event will conclude with different mental health exercises that members can practice at home. Ages 50+ Location: Dole Center - Multipurpose Room Senior Self-Defense Class Tuesday, Jun 21, 11:00A-12:00P Although seniors may be the group least likely to be involved in a physical altercation, the effect of an attack is much greater on this group than others. For that reason, it is important for seniors to be able to deescalate a situation and ward off a possible attacker. Join Duly Health and Care for a Senior Self- Defense class to learn how to best protect yourself at all times. Ages 50+ Location: Dole Center - Multipurpose Room No Active Adult Classes July 4-8.
