Stone Cutting and Jewelry Making

Learn the art of shaping stone and minerals into
beautiful pieces of art! is class utilizes heavy
machinery and tools to cut, shape, and polish natural
materials into cabochons. e stones you cut can then
be put into jewelry settings or wire wrapped. We have
a small selection of settings and wire or the instructor
will help you find where to purchase what you need.
We have a large variety of stones you can use or feel
free to bring some from your own collection.

Center with professional support and guidance
from a local artist and college instructor. Create
distraction-free with a group of others looking to

Creative Cooking offers life skills and artwork
all wrapped into one awesome class! ey are
designed for students to explore their creativity in
the kitchen! A different theme and recipe (or two!)
will be introduced in each workshop. While the food
cooks, bakes, or simmers, our little chefs will enjoy
additional art and/or games. Each child will go home
with their recipes to share with the entire family.

Youth Ceramics

Students of all skill levels will learn to develop
creativity in the ceramic's studio. Classes will cover:
hand-building techniques (scoring, coil pots, intro to
the well & glazing) and wheel techniques (centering,
raising, opening, pulling & glazing). Ages 7-17

MASHED! Mixed Media Poetry

Whether you're a bona fide poet or you didn't even
know it, come use word stickers, fill-in-the-blank
templates, and pages from ruined books and
magazines to create your own mixed media poetry
