Virtual Tai Chi
for Health
Taijiquan (grand ultimate fist) refers to a series of
dynamic, connected postures strung together in a
smooth, flowing manner. Within the postures are
martial art aspects that are largely hidden. Class
begins with QiGong sets and then moves on to
emphasize the 24-posture Beijing style (Yang short
form). is class is oen taken on a continuing basis
as a lifestyle endeavor. Class registrants will receive
a 7-Day RePlay within 24 hours of the live-streamed
class. is allows participation through the recorded
session whenever it is convenient and even multiple
times during the period.

Yo Gong for the
Seasons
Its mother was Yoga, its father was QiGong. is
class seeks to explore the common elements of these
time-honored practices along with practical ideas
that can help to harmonize your health and physical
wellbeing with the changes of the seasons. Functional
movement, breathing, and gentle mind-body
meditation are utilized to achieve radiant health and
ease in your body. Bring your aches and pain, and
leave without them. Class registrants will receive a
7-Day RePlay within 24 hours of the live-streamed

Movement
Does sitting for long hours leave you tired and
sore? When you correct your posture, do you stiffen
your spine? If you are ready to release the tensions
that are holding you tight, then open your mind
and try something new! is class will combine

body movement to feel more flexible, whole and
connected.
