Master Copy Nights
Most fine art students learn through copying the
masters. Join this club on Friday nights where
we focus on one image by a famous artist and
use tricks and techniques to create your very

is project is far simpler than producing stained
glass-type artwork, where pieces fit together and are
separated by lead lines. By eliminating those aspects
of construction, participants are free to use shape,
value, and color as they like, with the added element
of light to illuminate their creations. Ages 9+

Upcycled "Wild Thing" Mittens

is project encourages participants to create fantasy
mittens that are expressive of their own personal
"wild side" emotions. Using a recycled wool sweater,
shrink film, and other adornments, create a fun and
functional "Wild ing" mitten! Ages 7+

Make a cell phone amplifier by mixing clay with a
little bit of science. A cone shape amplifies existing
speakers by confining sound waves and aiming them
all in one direction. Ages 10+

Upcycled Photo Albums

Classic photo albums can be used for so much more
than pictures! Refurbish some 3x5 books to hold
recipes, playing/sports cards, or poetry. Create a
dream/wish/goal book or a garden guide of all of
your plants! We have all the supplies to change these
albums into something fun, creative, and useful to
you! Ages 7+

Autumn Metallic Landscape

Art foil is a fun and versatile material that comes in
a variety of colors. In this class, we will be creating
a lovely autumn landscape with mountains and
evergreen trees using a colored background and
a mix of metallic foils to create the middle and
foreground. Create a fresh and reflective original
piece. Ages 10+

Midcentury Modern Painting

Repeating shapes are a staple for Midcentury Modern
design. If you are looking for some new art for your
mod room/home, come paint with us! We'll be
creating an image with repeating squares and half
circles. Stencils will be used to help all skill levels
complete this painting. Ages 10+

Pumpkins on Wood
Friday, Oct 14, 6:00-8:00P
It's pumpkin time! Join us as we make a fun and
festive pumpkin wall hanging using wood, ribbon,
and, of course, paint! Our instructor will have plenty
of stencils and images of pumpkins to make sure
your artwork turns out great. Add a family name or
greeting if you'd like; we have an assortment of letter
stencils to choose from as well. Ages 9+
