The Parks Foundation of Oak Park invites you to donate an engraved tribute paver brick to help us reach our fundraising goal as well as leave a lasting imprint at the gateway to the Community Recreation Center. Purchase a paver brick in honor of your business, organization, family member, or in memory of a loved one. Proceeds from the paver sale will go towards the Community Recreation Center Capital Campaign and costs of the paver bricks are tax deductible. PDOP is committed to helping residents of ALL ages enjoy programs and activities at the Park District. We are happy to support residents through two financials assistance programs: Scholarships: Our scholarship program, supported by the Parks Foundation, the Township, and the Park District of Oak Park, can reduce the cost of any program or pass up to 75%. Each December, new funds are available for residents to apply toward the next year's activities, but applications are accepted at any time throughout the year. e application for 2023 funds will be available December 15. Childcare Discount Membership Our Childcare Discount Membership discounts Park District childcare programs to residents with dependent children entering kindergarten through age 14. e discount applies to full-day programs including summer camps, Passport School's Out, and the Clubhouse aerschool program. e discounts range between 25% and 55% of program costs. Look for the icon below for eligible programs. ree eligibility requirements to qualify: 1) You must be an Oak Park resident 2) Must meet annual income requirements 3) Provide proof of residency, income, and dependents e applications are simple and can be completed online, through email, or in person at a Customer Service location. Cubhouse, the indoor playground at Stevenson Center once again welcomes children ages 0-5 to run and play indoors. e friendly, forest-themed indoor playground provides space for kids to climb and crawl, read and draw, and sort and build. Infants are welcomed in the dedicated Infant Area. Cubhouse is open Tuesday-Sunday, 9:00A-1:00P, and Tuesday & ursdays, 5:00-7:00P.
