Chicago Union Ultimate Camp
Monday-Thursday, July 25-28 • Ages 9-13
Ultimate is a fast, fun, easy-to-learn field game played
with a flying disc. It combines the athleticism of running
and quick change of direction with throwing skills on a
field similar in size to soccer and scoring endzones similar
to football. This week-long camp introduces players to the basic rules and
strategies and develops throwing/catching techniques through games and
activities. All abilities are encouraged to join. Participants receive a Union
disc and 4 tickets to a game to see the pros play. For ages 7-13 and 13-18
(middle school/high school weeks)

RISE Girls Field Hockey
Pre-Season Bootcamp •
Grades 7-12
Monday-Thursday, July 24-27, 5:30-7:00P
Get ready for the fall field hockey season by developing
individual skills and conditioning, as well as learning
team concepts and engaging in inter-squad scrimmages.
In this competitive and fun environment, players will learn
the skills needed to be ready for their school team's tryouts. Sessions are
geared towards experienced middle school players that have at least one
year of playing experience and ALL high school age athletes.

Oak Park Windmills Girls Softball Camp
Week of July 17-20 • Ages 8-14
Come join Windmills girls' softball Alumni who either
played or are playing college softball as they focus on the
fundamentals in various drills to help players improve
their games. We look forward to having the opportunity to
develop the game of softball with your aspiring athlete!
