Hockey Camp
Grades 2-6
Designed for travel hockey players, this camp
will focus on developing skills on and off the
ice, improving strength, agility, and balance.
is camp features over two hours of ice time a
day, as well as high-energy sports and activities.
Players should expect to get a workout while
improving their fitness and gaining confidence
in their abilities. Full gear is required. Players
must be Mighty Cub 4 level + or in a travel
hockey program. Extended camp is available.
Girls' High-Performance Clinics New
with Goodman Elite Training
Grades 2-8
Open to both figure skaters and hockey players, this camp focuses on strength
development. Girls must be dedicated to their sport as figure skaters or hockey players
with a mindset of helping all the girls in the camp continue to progress in a team
environment. Skaters will meet twice a week for one hour of on-ice strength and
conditioning and one hour of off-ice workouts. Campers must be Mighty Cub 4 or
PreFreeskate level or higher or in a travel hockey program. Extended camp is available
for campers up to 6th grade.
