Adult and Trampoline/Tumbling
gymnastics
Tumbling & Trampoline
is co-ed class focuses on basic tumbling and
trampoline skills. Students will learn skills based on a
progression chart and can progress at their own rate,
from beginner to advanced tumbling, trampoline
and tumble track skills. Classes are 1 hour. To enroll
in this class, your child must be 6 years old by April
9, 2023 (Spring Session) or July 15, 2023 (Summer
Session).
Adult Gymnastics (18+ yrs)
is is a co-ed instructional class for adults who are
interested in learning gymnastics or maintaining
their gymnastics skills. Time will be spent on
gymnastics equipment, as well as strength training
and stretching. To enroll in this class, you must be 18
years old by April 9, 2023 (Spring Session) or July 15,
2023 (Summer Session).
Celebrate your birthday with our
experienced gymnastics coaches
who host your party, leading your
guests in fun games, gymnastics,
an inflatable obstacle course, and
foam pit. Ages 3-15: Birthday party
packages include one gymnastics
coach, 1 hour and 15 minutes of
gym time and 45 minutes in a private
party room for refreshments.
