togetherness, presented by local singer-songwriter
Nathan Peterson. Each date combines music and
meditation aimed at making time for yourself through
music and mindfulness all within the beautiful

producing countries, for both quality and quantity.
Italy has made wines longer and is a larger producer
of wine, but France is more renowned for its creation
of premium wines. So does one rein superior to the
other? Enjoy this comparison tasting on the patio

Murder Mystery Party

conversations was probably the last thing heard by the
tragically and unexpectedly deceased at the Annual
Billionaires Club Masquerade Ball. With a mystery
under each feathery façade, unmasking the killer may
be quite a challenge. Get this soiree back on track by
trading clues with other guests gathering information,
and solving the crime before the masked menace gets
away. Venetian masks and fancy outfits will make this
the perfect billionaire affair! Registration fee includes
dinner and two drink tickets. Ages 21+

Looking to be able to finally host a beautiful outdoor
dinner party and want your table to reflect the
beautiful season? Join us on the front porch of
Pleasant Home to learn how you can bring this new
season to your table. Create a beautiful centerpiece
for your spring table as well as tips for setting the
table like a professional utilizing what you probably
already have in a new way! We will use a mixture of
floral pieces and cra elements that will create a long-
lasting display. Enjoy light snacks and a glass of wine
while you create! Note: Registration will close two
days prior to the class date to allow class materials to
be purchased for all participants. Ages 21+

Pride Wine, Dine and Dance!

Step out in celebration of Pride Week for an evening
of dining and dancing at Historic Pleasant Home!
Dinner and two drink tickets will be provided
followed by lively dancing with your partner! You
will be guided by our expert PDOP dance instructors
through two 20-minute sessions of dance instruction
and then open dancing with a DJ spinning you
through the evening. No dance experience necessary,
just a celebration of love! Registration for two adults
includes dinner, dancing and two drink tickets per
person. Ages 21+

To kick off Dinosaur Days at PDOP,
join us at Pleasant Home for a lunch
adventure with realistic dinosaurs and their dinosaur
explorers. Learn dinosaur facts from our expert
explorers, interact up close and safely with both
our full-size dinosaur and baby dinosaur as well as
up-close photos and picnic lunch on the porch at
Pleasant Home. All attendees must be registered, and
adults must accompany children. All Ages!

Pleasant Home, a National Historic Landmark
built in 1897, is an early example of Prairie Style
architecture. Its architect, George Washington Maher,
a contemporary of Frank Lloyd Wright, used repetitive
decorative motifs throughout the house to make a
unified design. e first owner of Pleasant Home was
John Farson who was known as a great philanthropist
and wealthy investment banker.
