Chess Scholars

Develop your child's intellect through the royal
game of chess! Current research has shown a strong
link between chess and academic performance in a
variety of areas, including mathematics and language
arts. Chess has been proven to enhance children's
motivation, concentration, focus, social skills, and
creativity. Each class will consist of a fun, interactive
teaching period and guided practice time. Both
beginner and experienced players are welcome and
will learn under the guidance of an experienced
Chess Scholars coach. Ages 5-12

Discovering Dinosaurs

How is a Tyrannosaurs Rex different from a
Triceratops? Is it just in their physical characteristics
or is it also what they ate and when they lived? In
Discovering Dinosaurs, your little paleontologists
will explore what dinosaurs ate and when they lived
while constructing their very own dinosaur model
out of DUPLO™ blocks. rough stories, building, and
games, your little learners will be busy exploring the
prehistoric world while gaining critical social and
developmental skills without even realizing it!

Intermediate Engineering

In Snapology's Intermediate Engineers program
children will build super-cool models that use gears,
axles and levers. Students will work in teams under
guided instruction to build a different model each
week. During most weeks, the children will also have
additional time to participate in creative building.

Send your little learner to explore all about animals,
dinosaurs, shapes, and colors with us! In this
program, students will travel back in time to explore
an earth-filled with stegosauruses, tyrannosauruses,
and raptors. Students will also learn about animal
habitats and why an animal's home is important for
survival. Along the way, we will reinforce primary
and secondary colors, shapes, and how to count the
things we are playing with. rough stories, games,
and building with LEGO® DUPLO® blocks, your little
learner will be busy exploring the history of biomes
on Earth while gaining critical social, emotional, and
developmental skills without even realizing it!

Safe@Home

Designed for students grades 4- 6 to prepare them
to be safe when they are home alone. Students will
learn how to practice safe habits, how to prevent
unsafe situations, and what to do when faced with
dangerous situations such as power failures or
weather emergencies. is program is designed
to prepare students for their first steps towards
independence. Ages 8-10
