February brings us to Mexico and let's make mole and tamales and celebrate Mesoamerican recipes. In March, travel to South Korea and learn the comfort of Korean Barbecue, making banchun, bulgogi and of course kimchi. Tara has planned recipes for each session, and you will enjoy the fruits of your labor in the Cheney dining room while you explore cultures. An Einnim candle specialist will be in attendance to walk guests through the entire candle-making process. Choose from a variety of essential oils to create your perfect scent blend for your new favorite candle. Each 9 oz. candle provides 40-45 hours of burn time using 100% soy wax.
