They will be riding in no time with this proven method that focuses on balance, steering and pedaling. Participants must bring their own bicycle and helmet. Parents can learn about bike safety too! We will provide safety information for kids and adults: bike safety checks, helmet checks and tips for riding on the trail or in the street. W, May 21 from 6-7:30pm Location:Stevenson Park $20 residents/$30 non-residents Register using code #226372-02 Min 6/Max 8 Pint Size Sports with Parents (Ages 2-3 with adult) Supervisor: Amanda Heiman This program will incorporate similar activities as the program above with the assistance of a parent/ guardian. The schedule will be adjusted to fit the needs of the ages of the participants. Similar equipment and skill development will be taught, as stated above in the Pint Size Sports program for 3-4 year olds. Min 8/Max 18 Class does not meet: April 18 Pint Size Sports (Ages 3 - 5) Supervisor: Amanda Heiman In this class a variety of sports equipment will be used to help your little athlete learn the basic skills needed in any sport: balance, coordination, motor development, and socialization! The fun, easy, and age appropriate activities our staff has planned will engage your child as they develop the motor movement needed in soccer, baseball, basketball, and tennis! This program will take place both indoors and out (weather permitting). Class does not meet: April 18 Parent Tot Sports (Ages 2-3 with adult) Supervisor: Mike Mockler This program gives you and your child an opportunity to bond and have fun together while learning a variety of sports. This class is great for simple motor skills such as catching, throwing, batting, shooting, passing, and anything that involves hand-eye coordination. Parents participate with the children as we play soccer, basketball, hockey, t-ball, and many other sports. Min 6/Max 32 Super Sports (Ages 3 - 5) Supervisor: Mike Mockler This fun-filled class teaches little superstars the importance of teamwork and sportsmanship, while attempting to spark an interest in playing a variety of sports.
