AnteUp Boys' Lacross League
(Grades 3-4, 5-6, 7-8)
.Supervisor: Mike Mockler
Ante Up Lacrosse was developed for lacrosse players by
lacrosse players. This program has firmly established
itself as the official youth spring program for players
from Oak Park and River Forest. The staff consists
of Team USA coaches, World Lacrosse Game Gold
medalists, World Team members, All Americans,
Division One athletes and local varsity coaches from
Fenwick and OPRF. Ante Up's mission is to introduce
and prepare young lacrosse players for their future
high school career. We teach sound fundamentals
through competitive, team-based lacrosse. This model
ties in leadership, sportsmanship and helps build
a players character as well as improving his skills.
The program is run by Fenwick's Varsity Lacrosse
Coach, Tim Duffy and will compete in the Illinois
United Lacrosse Association. Practices will take place
twice a week in River Forest from 6pm-730pm. There
will be approximately 10 games (5 home, 5 away),
which will take place on Saturdays or Sundays.
