33 Pool & Ice Arena Passes Public Swim Passes - POOL A public swim pass gives you unlimited visits to Public Swim and Family Swim hours during the 2014 pool season without having to pay the session pool entry fee. Lap Swim Passes - POOL Good for all lap swimming sessions only. A season lap pass gives you unlimited visits to lap swimming during the 2014 pool season without having to pay the session pool entry fee. The Park District offers many convenient lap swim (only) hours for the beginner to experienced lap swimmer. Resident Discount Card - POOL & ICE ARENA This card gives residents of Oak Park the opportunity to use the pool and ice rink at a discounted rate without investing in a pool or rink pass. A discount pass can be purchased for $12 anywhere registration is taken. POOL & ICE ARENA PASSES Pool Session Admission without pass: $9 Public Skate Admission without pass: $7 Definitions of Swim Sessions Public Swim Swim time open to the general public with all ages allowed. Children under 9 years of age must be accompanied by an adult guardian (also highly encouraged for children under the age of 18). Balls, toys, or flotation devices are not allowed in the pool. All areas of the pool will be open including the baby pool, drop slides, diving boards, and diving platform (barring special circumstances). Family Swim An unstructured swim time intended for families only, during these times families can bring balls, toys, or other flotation devices for use in the pool. All children must be accompanied and supervised by an adult over the age of 18. No one under the age of 18 will be admitted without a parent or guardian. Pass Holder Only Swim All rules for Family Swim apply. Only those with Pool Passes will be permitted. Lap Swim Open to swimmers of all abilities over the age of 18. Only the lap swim area of the pool opens for the swimming of laps only. Senior and Adult Swim A time in the pool specifically for adults. Admission during this swim time is limited to only those who are 18 years of age and older. Adults will have access to the main pool and diving well at Ridgeland Common during this time. While adult swim only goes until 10:30am, guests are allowed and welcome to stay past that time when the pool opens for family swim. Please be aware that this is NOT a lap swim time and no lane lines will be in the pool, however if you are looking for some exercise please see the information about the aqua aerobics classes that will be offered during this swim. Save $10 on a Year-Round Public Skate Pass when you purchse with COMBO Public Skate/ Swim pass! On average a Pool Pass pays for itself within 6 visits to the pool. Promotional Public Skate passes will only be sold in 2014 and pay for themselves in only two public skate visits. There are over 40 public skate sessions this summer! Public Skate Passes - ICE ARENA Good for any public skating time (including noon skate and open skate) at the Ridgeland Common Recreation Complex. Not valid for skate school practice times, open freestyle times, or rat hockey times. Rental skates are available at the Ridgeland Common Recreation Complex for an additional cost. Valid from Grand Opening of Ridgeland Common Recreation Complex through May 22, 2015. Pre-Paid Rat Hockey, Freestyle & Skate Rental Punch Passes Save You Money! Purchase a pre-paid punch pass card for any of the programs below to receive a discounted admission or reduced cost. These passes will be loaded onto your universal printed pass (such as a pool or rink pass card) and can be purchased anytime online or in person during Customer Service Hours at the Ridgeland Common Recreation Complex or the Gymnastics and Recreation Center at 21 Lake St. If you have never owned a universal card for pool or rink entry, you will want to make sure you come in person to get your photo taken during customer service hours and have your universal card printed.
