See chart at right for dates and deadlines. Gymnastics programs are NOT a part of the lottery. Please see refund policy on page 88. Registration Information - Mini Sessions Gymnastics Programs (pages 58-59) Oak Park Gymnastics will be offering several "Mini Sessions" beginning this fall. A mini session will give students the opportunity to take a gymnastics class without committing to the time and cost of a full session. Gymnastics programs are NOT a part of the lottery. Mini sessions are first come first served - no priority registration to anyone! Please see refund policy on page 88. Each session will last three, four or five weeks and will follow the same lesson plans as our full session. You can sign up for more than one mini session however, mini sessions will not guarantee you a spot in the next session, nor will they give you priority registration. All mini session registration is on a first come, first served basis with each session having a unique registration period. Gymnastics Birthday Parties - See ad on p. 10 Organized games, gymnastics events, parachute fun, an inflatable obstacle course and fun in the foam pit are all part of the birthday party program. Available for ages 3-5 or ages 6 and up. Packages include one dedicated gymnastics coach, 1 hour of gym time for ages 3-5 and 1.5 hours of gym time for ages 6+, and 30 minutes in a private party room for refreshments. This program is intended for anyone who wants to practice independently to improve their gymnastics skills. A parent or guardian must sign a waiver each visit for all participants under the age of 18 otherwise access to the gym will not be permitted (downloadable copies available online at www.oakparkgymnastics.com, bring your signed copy with you). For the safety of all attendees, the posted gym rules must be followed at all times. If you fail to follow the rules the coaches may sit you out, contact your parents or ask you to leave. There will be no refunds for inappropriate behavior. August 29, 2014 Through June 7, 2015: Su, 4:30-6:30pm DROP IN PROGRAM: Preschool Playtime (Ages 1-6) $6 per visit Walk-ins welcome! A favorite with all our preschoolers, this is an open gym for children 1-6 years old. All children must be accompanied and supervised by an adult. The waiver sign in sheet must be filled out each visit. No food or drinks of any kind allowed. Children enrolled in a current gymnastics class who miss their class can attend a preschool playtime within the same session for free.
