WELCOME TO About the New Ridgeland Common Recreation Complex (RCRC) We've reconstructed the old Ridgeland Common building completely to expand the ice arena to official rink size (85x200), and equipping it for year-round use! The interior has also been upgraded to meet ADA requirements, and fitness classes will be offered as well as other programming throughout the building. Two multi-purpose rooms have been added with A/V capabilities, sprung wood floor, ballet bars, and mirrors! A new children's wading pool with many water features has been added, as well as ADA improvements. A new sports turf field, well suited to the demands of our small landlocked community, offers more playing time for youth and adult sports leagues and teams in Oak Park, and lighting and fencing has been added as well. Uncommon Fun For Everyone! Rentals The ice arena and rooms at the RCRC are now available to rent! This space is great for social events, corporate outings, community groups, pick-up games, or extra practice time. The ice and rooms can be rented separately or together to make a great event both on and off-ice. Additional options to accompany your rental include skate rental and concessions. Parties Celebrate your birthday on ice! Birthday party packages for ages 4-16 are available now! Parties include an hour and a half of public skate, half hour in the activity room, and skate rental.
