93 Accessibility The Park District of Oak Park welcomes the opportunity to assist residents and visitors with disabilities to enjoy our facilities, programs and services. The Park District is a public entity as defined under Title II of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) which prohibits the District from discriminating against individuals with disabilities (as defined by the ADA) in all programs, activities, and services. We are committed to complying with all applicable provisions of Title II as well as all other federal and state laws and regulations pertaining to persons with disabilities. The Park District works closely with our partner, West Suburban Special Recreation Association, who provides recreation programs for adults and children with physical impairments, mental disabilities, or any other type of disability.
